Maylis LABONNE (IRD), Baptiste PELLEGRINETTI, and Muriel TAPIAU will lead the workshop “How Do We Determine the Age of Fish?” at the Lunaret Zoo in Montpellier.
Audiences aged 6–11, 11–15, 15–18, 18–25, and 25 and older.
Determining the age of fish is important for assessing ocean stocks. The hard parts of fish are the ones that retain growth marks and provide information about the chemical composition of the water in which these fish live.
