- Brigitte Pierre and David Dussaud: violins
- Paul Collin: viola
- Christine Radais: cello
This quartet, made up of four professors from the Nîmes Conservatory, was formed in 2015 around a poetic show combining theater and music at the Théâtre de Nîmes.
Today, they have chosen to present two very different faces of romanticism in music, with these two masterpieces: the dark despair of Felix Mendelssohn's Quartet Opus 80, known as "To Fanny," composed in homage to his sister who died too young, and the cheerful carefreeness of Anton Dvorak's Quartet Opus 96, known as "American."
