Student graphic design competition to promote republican values and raise awareness of anti-racism.

The national week of education and action against racism, which runs from March 21 to 28, 2021, is an opportunity for the University of Montpellier to highlight its commitment to fighting all forms of discrimination. And because its students are so talented... this year they are being asked to express their vision of prevention and action against racism and anti-Semitism through graphic design...

10 student creations to deconstruct prejudice

The University of Montpellier is organizing a graphic design competition as part of its program of prevention and action against racism and anti-Semitism. Created around a word or phrase, these graphic creations should help to deconstruct prejudice and defend the values of Liberty, Equality and Fraternity.

Free of charge and open to students from the University of Montpellier and the MUSE consortium (ENSCM, Institut Agro - Montpellier SupAgro and IAMM), the 10 best performances selected by the jury will form the basis of a campaign to raise awareness, educate and take action against racism and anti-Semitism among all students and staff in the MUSE consortium, and beyond to the general public.

In digital form (via social networks) and/or as an exhibition, this shared values display campaign will be rolled out over the course of the 2021-2022 academic year.

The 10 students whose creations are selected will receive a FNAC product voucher worth €150.

A competition organized by the Mission de Prévention et d'Action contre le Racisme et l'Antisémitisme (Mission for Prevention and Action against Racism and Anti-Semitism) in coordination with the Student Vice-President, the Campus Life Department and the University Communications Department.
