CHARM-EU Annual Conference 2022

Cooperation among the various stakeholders in higher education is becoming increasingly important for fostering sustainable innovation, digital transformation, citizen well-being, equitable and inclusive societies, and economic development.

This vision has been reinforced in particular by the European Universities Initiative and by a number of policies at the European level.
The annual CHARM-EU conference will serve as a platform for the European Universities initiative and its strategic, coordinated action to strengthen strategic partnerships across the EU among higher education institutions. This conference will focus on innovation and trends in higher education and on how European university alliances contribute to this development.
A panel of international experts will discuss various aspects related to this theme, including the benefits of multi-stakeholder cooperation at the local, national, and regional levels; the importance of a common agenda based on knowledge sharing; and how to consolidate this interaction to develop innovative solutions that address societal challenges in a fair and inclusive manner.
