“If everyone is aware of the rising trend in CO₂ emissions2 For two centuries, curiously enough, we have had no history of it. What are the major historical processes that we must first and foremost link to this curve? What are the institutions, powers, narratives, and interests that have truly set us on a path toward a climate catastrophe? This lecture will aim to restore the CO2 “a history, and therefore a policy.”
