2017 Congress of the French Political Science Association (AFSP)

The 14th AFSP Congress will take place from July 10 to 12, 2017, in Montpellier at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University of Montpellier. For the first time in its history, the Association—founded in 1949—will hold its National Congress in one of the most important cities on the Mediterranean coast. This new gathering of French political science will take place in partnership with the Faculty of Law and Political Science, University of Montpellier, the CEPEL and the CIRAD. Given its scale (nearly 1,000 delegates are expected to attend), this conference will showcase one of the most dynamic centers of French political science in the region. It will also strengthen the future structure of research between the various scientific centers in the discipline.
