"NUTRITION AND SPORT – Nutrition for athletic performance" is the theme for the 2020 annual conference organized by students in the Master 1 Nutrition and Food Science program at the Montpellier Pharmacy Faculty. The aim of this event is to enable the general public to learn more about how diet can be adapted to enhance athletic performance.
In collaboration with CREPS Montpellier (Center for Sports Resources, Expertise, and Performance), students in the NSA Master's 1 program organized this conference despite the current health situation, offering everyone the opportunity to participate. Exceptionally redesigned as an e-conference, the videoconference will be held on December 1, 2020, on the Zoom platform from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., using the Rapidmooc installed at the Faculty of Pharmacy.
This is the first time the event has been held in digital format. The program includes presentations by Véronique Rousseau, a dietitian and nutritionist at INSEP in Paris and former elite judo athlete, and Ms. Thiebaud, a dietitian, nutritionist, and doctor of food science specializing in sports nutrition at CREPS in Montpellier.
