Exhibition: “Art and Anatomy: Cross-Dimensional Drawings from the Musée Atger and the Musée Fabre”

Following government announcements, the “Art & Anatomy” exhibition will be closed on October 30 and 31, 2020.
Atger Museum, Faculty of Medicine (Historic Building), Monday through Saturday from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (extended hours during the exhibition).
Fabre Museum, Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
The Fabre Museum and the Atger Museum are swapping their collections of drawings for an exhibition on the theme of the body at the Fabre Museum and on the theme of the face and portraiture at the Atger Museum.
Thanks to this unique collaboration, the general public will have the opportunity to discover masterpieces on two subjects that have long fascinated both artists and doctors. Visitors to the Fabre Museum will also be able to admire the magnificent illustrated anatomy treatises from the historic university medical library.

This event is being held as partof the 800th anniversary celebrations of the Montpellier School of Medicine.
