For the 4the For the second consecutive year, works by students from the Université du Tiers Temps in Montpellier are on display at the Science Library throughout the month of May 2019.

Created in the drawing, painting, and life-drawing workshops and classes led by Isabelle Tournay ( Le Pinceau de Soi Association and the Maison pour Tous – M. Mercouri), this year’s works draw inspiration from several key themes that explore the visual and graphic connections between the written word and the human experience: “Indigenous Languages,” “Body, Nudity, and Literature,” and “Travel Journals.” In total, nearly fifty works created using a variety of techniques (kakemonos, watercolors, sketchbooks, etc.) showcase the breadth and diversity of these students’ talents, whether they are beginners or experienced artists.
