In Their Own Words by Sylvie Goussopoulos

Following Alexandra Frankewitz’s *Trombinologie* and Jean-Jacques Ader’s *GestuElles*, in 2018 it is Sylvie Goussopoulos’s portraits that highlight the inspiring journeys of women working in academia. Each portrait is accompanied by a personal account, highlighting the role model who inspired these women in their careers and lives. The portraits and stories will be published in a limited edition.

"In the Spotlight: Women of Maxcasa"

Hanging tarp measuring 3.20 m x 3.80 m.
A photographer’s perspective on the lectures, workshops, and performances of Women’s Month 2018. Maxcasa captured the highlights and intimate moments—the glances and gestures. He literally enlarged them, stretched them out, and tied them together. United by a single bond as fragile as it is complex.
