As climate challenges force us to rethink how we get around, investing in new road infrastructure seems like an outdated way of thinking.
The Montpellier West Bypass project shows this dilemma: meeting immediate needs while making us more dependent on cars, or going all in on a sustainable transition. Should we still be building roads in 2025?
