Food Fake News Ali’ment
This event has already taken place!
Do you ever wonder if fruit juices are good for your health? Are detox products the same as weight-loss products?
Are you wondering why you feel hungry? Do you find a lot of information about food and nutrition in the media but have trouble telling fact from fiction? Then come to the Food Fake News/Ali’ment conference!
Students in the first year of the Master’s program in Nutrition and Food Science, working alongside renowned scientists (Prof. Jean-Louis CUQ, Prof. Michel LARROQUE, and Prof. Jean-Yves LE GUENNEC), will attempt to debunk numerous rumors circulating in the food industry.
Join us on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at the School of Pharmacy in Lecture Hall J! You’ll have the opportunity to attend several presentations and form your own opinion.
