Intellectual Property Training: Industrial Property, Agronomy, and Biotechnology

The Capacity Building program, led by the University of Montpellier’s University Innovation Hub, offers targeted training courses in innovation and research commercialization.

Through thematic modules led by experts, it supports the professional development of professionals involved in innovative projects.
On March 17, an intermediate/advanced-level training session will be held on intellectual property—including industrial property, agronomy, and biotechnology—at the Triolet campus.
This session will cover, among other topics:
- the protection rules applicable to biological material,
- plant varieties and the protection of sequences,
- the Nagoya Protocol,
- Issues related to biotherapies.
