Water4Future Student Hackathon
This event has already taken place!
The UNESCO ICIREWARD International Center, France’s first UNESCO center dedicated to freshwater, is bringing together students from around the world for a “Water4Future” hackathon to find innovative solutions.

Create – Innovate – Test
The UNESCO ICIREWARD International Center has launched Water4Future (W4F). The program is offered in three formats: for juniors, high school students, and college students.
The student edition is an international competition: the Water4Future Student Hackathon. Working in teams of 5 to 7, participants have 48 hours to develop an innovative, technical, and socially impactful project addressing a theme related to water challenges.
The goal is to build a team project, foster a spirit of entrepreneurship, and develop new tools, technologies, or innovative services to protect our environment and improve everyone’s daily life.
