The UNESCO ICIREWARD International Center, France's first UNESCO center dedicated to freshwater, brings together students from around the world for a "Water4Future" Hackathon to find innovative solutions.

Create – Innovate – Test

The UNESCO International Center ICIREWARD has set up Water4Future (W4F). This program is available in three formats: juniors, high school students, and college students.

The student version is an international competition: the Water4Future Student Hackathon. In teams of 5 to 7, they have 48 hours to set up an innovative, technical, and social project in response to a theme related to water issues.

The goal is to create a team project, foster entrepreneurship, and come up with new tools, technologies, or innovative services to protect our environment and improve everyone's daily life.
