Awareness Day on Issues Related to the Safety of People and Property

Richter Site, Aimé Shoenig Student Residence – Rue Vendémiaire, 34000 Montpellier.

This event is organized each year by the University of Montpellier in partnership with:

• the Hérault prefecture;
• the Public Prosecutor at the Montpellier District Court;
• the Hérault Departmental Public Safety Directorate.

Conference program for the day:

• 9:30 a.m. – What to do in the event of an LGBTQIphobic attack?
• 10:30 a.m. – Assaults on physical integrity and property.
• 11:15 a.m. – Preventing radicalization.
• 2 p.m. – Presentation of defense security training courses.
• 3 p.m. – Addictions.

Throughout the day: rollover car and crash test car (opposite the MDE).

Given the context and as part of the Vigipirate plan, security measures will be put in place. Staff and students must have their Multiservice Card or National Identity Card with them.
