Symposium on “Updating Internet Law”

The Innovation, Communication, and Market Laboratory (LICeM) is organizing, in partnership with the French Association of Corporate Lawyers (AFJE), the 8th edition of the symposium "Updating Internet Law."
The purpose of this annual event is to monitor legislation and case law in the many different areas of Internet law.
The day is divided into two parts:
- Morning session (chaired by A. Robin, LICeM)
Monitoring in the area of technical service providers' liability, illegal content, domain names, intellectual property law, distribution and consumer law; - Afternoon (chaired by A.-E. Rousseau, AFJE)
Round table discussion on the topic of "Data governance" in light of the adoption of the European Data Governance Act.
The speakers are qualified individuals: corporate lawyers, attorneys, academics, representatives of institutions, etc.
