Market Law Day – Economic Sovereignty

Jean-Louis Respaud, Senior Lecturer in Private Law – HDR, Director of the Master 2 in Private Economic Law and the Innovation, Communication and Market Laboratory (LICeM), is organizing, with the support of EDACS and students from the Master 2 in Consumer Affairs and Competition and Private Economic Law, "Market Law Day."
The theme of this symposium is economic sovereignty. The aim of this event is to present current developments in economic law.
The day is divided into two parts:
- Morning: presentation of current economic law issues by students from the Master's 2 programs in Consumer Affairs and Competition Law and Private Economic Law in Consumer Law, Competition Law, and Distribution Law;
- Afternoon session, chaired by Jean-Louis Respaud, Senior Lecturer in Private Law – HDR: presentations and discussions on the theme of economic sovereignty.
