Jean-Louis Respaud, Associate Professor of Private Law (HDR) and Director of the Master’s 2 program in Economic Private Law and the Innovation, Communication, and Market Laboratory (LICeM), is organizing“Market Law Day”in collaboration with EDACS and students from the Master’s 2 programs in Consumer and Competition Law and Economic Private Law.

The theme of this conference is economic sovereignty. The purpose of this event is to present current developments in economic law.

The day is divided into two parts:

  • Morning: Presentation of current issues in economic law by students in the Master’s 2 programs in Consumer and Competition Law and Private Economic Law, focusing on consumer law, competition law, and distribution law;
  • In the afternoon, chaired by Jean-Louis Respaud, Associate Professor of Private Law (HDR): presentations and discussions on the topic of economic sovereignty.
