Live in Questions: Chinese New Year in 12 questions!
This event has passed!
Live on the YouTube channel "Ecran de savoirs" (Screen of Knowledge).
Come and test your knowledge during a live YouTube broadcast with your family, friends, or on your own, comfortably seated on your sofa. This proposal is part of a brand-new format for sharing knowledge: "Le live en questions" (Live Questions) on the YouTube channel "Écran de savoirs" (Screen of Knowledge).
The live Q&A session is open to everyone, and you don't need to have extensive knowledge on the subject to participate. All you need is a desire to have a good time learning new things while testing your knowledge alongside a researcher specializing in the topic and student associations.
The idea is to explore a specific topic with experts, add a quiz, and host a competition with student associations and the online audience on the YouTube channel "Écran de savoirs." The goal is to help strengthen the dialogue between science and society in the Occitanie Est region by sharing scientific content in a fun way.
After an initial pilot edition on the subject of parasites, Monday, February 21 will be an opportunity to discover or rediscover the traditions and parades that make Chinese New Year such a unique celebration.
An expert is invited especially for the occasion with the task of correcting the quiz live and answering questions from the audience:
- Solange Cruveillé, Senior Lecturer in Chinese Language and Literature, Paul Valéry Montpellier University, member of the research team on the South and the Orient (UPVM) and associate member of the Institute for Asian Research (AMU/CNRS).
For this edition, students from Paul-Valéry University took part in front of the camera. All their answers will be revealed exclusively on the night of the live broadcast!
