The revival of distribution law
Distribution law has long been an innovative testing ground for contract law, competition law, and other legal disciplines, particularly with regard to contractual solidarity, the Doubin Act of 1989, and the application of antitrust law.

The question now arises as to whether this role as a driving force will continue in the face of new practices (online distribution, short supply chains, partnerships) and new emerging legal issues (digital law, compliance, the environment, agri-food).
These two days are therefore intended to assess the legacy and question the future of distribution law in two ways: on the one hand, by revisiting its links with traditional disciplines, and on the other, by exploring its interactions with new areas of law.

- Jean-Louis Respaud, Senior Lecturer, University of Montpellier;
- Mélanie Cesnut-Puore, Doctor of Law, University of Montpellier.
