The Civil Service Reform Act requires government agencies to develop an action plan aimed at ensuring gender equality in the workplace. Various initiatives have been underway at UM for some time, and we would like to hear your ideas.
Following a presentation of the existing regulations and the measures already in place at the UM, we invite you to join us for a discussion aimed at exploring ways to implement the action plan.
