As part of the Southern Science Festival.

For its7th edition, the Sud de Sciences film and science image festival is organizing a special day dedicated to students and professionals on the theme: "The influence of AI on the evolution of scientific documentaries and other scientific images."

The meeting will be based on feedback and questions from the audience, with contributions from scientists and audiovisual professionals. It will be an opportunity for lively discussion and debate on the broad topic of AI and its influence on the image of science. The afternoon will be organized into several themed round tables, including screenings of film clips and short formats.

An afternoon hosted by journalist Philomène Bon (Arte) and Frédéric Feu (CIST), with the participation of scientists and engineers from LIRMM, Les Halles de L'IA, video directors and technicians, photographers, and students and teachers from various fields.

In partnership with ARTE CAMPUS, the Libraries/Collection Development Service of the University of Montpellier, with the support of the Occitanie/Pyrénées-Méditerranée Region.
