As part of the Festival Sud de sciences.

For its 7th edition, the Sud de sciences science film and image festival is organizing an exceptional day dedicated to students and professionals on the theme: "The influence of AI in the evolution of science documentaries and other science images".

The meeting will be based on feedback and questions from the audience, with contributions from scientists and audio-visual professionals. It will be a time for "lively" exchanges and emulation on the global subject of AI and its influence on the image of science. The afternoon is organized into several thematic round tables, with the screening of film extracts or short formats.

An afternoon hosted by journalist Philomène Bon (Arte) and Frédéric Feu (CIST), with the participation of scientists and engineers from LIRMM, Les Halles de L'IA, video directors and technicians, photographers and students and teachers from various disciplines.

In partnership with ARTE CAMPUS, Bibliothèques / Service Développement des collections de l'Université de Montpellier, with support from Région Occitanie/Pyrénées-Méditerranée.
