Montpellier Infection & Immunology 2024

The Montpellier Infection & Immunology Meeting is a conference organized by the Infectiology & Immunology division of the Biology and Health Cluster at MUSE (Montpellier University of Excellence) on November 6 and 7 at the University of Montpellier. The first edition of this conference was held on October 18 and 19, 2022, in Montpellier and was a resounding success, with more than 200 participants from 13 fundamental and clinical research institutes in Montpellier/Nîmes.

As with the first edition, MIIM 2024 aims to bring together researchers in infectious diseases and immunology from across the Occitanie region. This conference gives young researchers a particular voice in order to promote exchanges between the various institutes and to facilitate discovery within the infectious diseases and immunology ecosystem. The conference is divided into four scientific sessions:

• From infection to immune response
• Inflammation & Autoimmune diseases 
• Virulence factors and pathogenesis
• Immunotherapies

We will also have the opportunity to welcome three internationally renowned keynote speakers:

• Jenny VALLADEAU-GUILEMOND, Lyon, France
• Etienne MEUNIER, Toulouse, France
