Montpellier Infection & Immunology 2024

The “Montpellier Infection & Immunology Meeting” is a conference organized by the Infectious Diseases & Immunology Research Group of the Biology and Health Cluster at MUSE (Montpellier University of Excellence) on November 6 and 7 at the University of Montpellier. The first edition of this conference was held on October 18 and 19, 2022, in Montpellier and was a resounding success, attracting over 200 participants from 13 basic and clinical research institutes in Montpellier and Nîmes.
As with the first edition, the 2024 MIIM aims to bring together researchers in infectious diseases and immunology from across the Occitanie region. This conference specifically provides a platform for young researchers to foster collaboration among various institutions and to help them explore the infectious diseases and immunology research ecosystem. The conference is divided into four scientific sessions:
- From infection to immune response
- Inflammation & Autoimmune Diseases
- Virulence factors and pathogenesis
- Immunotherapies
We will also have the pleasure of welcoming three internationally renowned keynote speakers:
- Amandine GUERIN, Geneva, Switzerland
- Jenny VALLADEAU-GUILEMOND, Lyon, France
- Etienne MEUNIER, Toulouse, France
