“MOOC – learning to become better informed”

An interactive online course that will enable you to acquire the essential skills for mastering and evaluating information, from research to content dissemination!

Montpellier University is responding to current societal challenges by creating an online course, the MOOC "Training to become better informed, meeting the challenge of information," available on the France Université Numérique platform.

Developed by the Joint Documentation Service, this MOOC offers fundamental skills, ranging from choosing sources to maintaining critical thinking, adapted to the constant evolution of our technological environment.

The course addresses contemporary issues such as combating fake news and the use of artificial intelligence. It offers methodological tools, exercises, and activities to help citizens navigate effectively in a world of abundant information, thereby promoting critical and objective understanding.

2 hours/week, for 6 weeks
