Launch of the MOOC “Management of Alliances, Partnerships, and Coopetition”

The Observatory of Alliances and Partnerships (OBSAP), Labex Entreprendre, and the Montpellier Management Institute (MOMA) at the University of Montpellier are launching MOOC MAPS—the first and only MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) dedicated to Alliance, Partnership, and Coopetition Management.
Registration opens May 15, 2018.

Are you a business leader who wants to better understand the role of alliances and those who manage them? ... Then the MAPS MOOC is for you!
Faced with globalization and technological advances in recent decades, companies are no longer able to "go it alone," and alliances and partnerships are now seen as a real strategic necessity. Managing these collaborations has therefore become a key issue for companies, but also a new source of questions:

• What is an alliance, what is a partnership? What impact do alliances have on business performance?
• Who is the alliance manager and what are their responsibilities? How can you recruit the best partner?
• How can you cooperate with a competing company? What are the key factors for success and the obstacles to successful alliances?
