Opening of the MOOC "Management of Alliances, Partnerships and Coopetition".

The Observatoire des Alliances et des Partenariats (OBSAP), Labex Entreprendre and the Institut Montpellier Management (MOMA) of the University of Montpellier are launching the MAPS MOOC - the first and only MOOC of its kind in France. MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) dedicated to the Management of Alliances, Partnerships and Coopetition.
Registrations open from May 15, 2018.

Are you a student or a practicing executive aspiring to become a manager of alliances and partnerships? Are you a practicing alliance manager looking to improve your professional practices? Are you a company director who wants to better understand the role of alliances and those who manage them? The MAPS MOOC is for you!
Faced with globalization and the technological advances of recent decades, companies can no longer "go it alone", and alliances and partnerships now appear to be a real strategic necessity. Managing these collaborations has therefore become a major challenge for companies, but also a new source of questioning:

• What are alliances and partnerships? What impact do alliances have on business performance?
• Who is the alliance manager and what are his missions? How do you recruit the best partner?
• How do you cooperate with a competitor? What are the key success factors and obstacles to successful alliances?
• What management tools and practices are useful for alliance managers and the teams involved in the collaborative relationship?

Through the testimonies of numerous alliance and partnership professionals, and the work of teacher-researchers specializing in this theme, the aim of the MAPS MOOC is to enable its listeners (students, practicing executives, junior alliance managers or company directors) to find the answers to these many questions.
