How to create or participate in the management of a company? How can I provide scientific supportue to a company developing public research?

The University of Montpellier's Consultative Ethics Commission is organizing a presentation on the public-private gateways created by the laws on innovation, PACTE and LPR. The presentation is open to agents of partners in the I-SITE (formerly MUSE) Program of Excellence.

Indeed, recent legislative changes have increased the number of bridges between the worlds of public research and business. Public-sector employees now have the opportunity to create or participate in the creation of a company, and to contribute their scientific expertise, provided that the company makes use of public-sector research. Over the past three years, two laws have simplified these arrangements.

A presentation on the various existing schemes will precede a time for discussion, during which your questions will be answered.

Entries are open until 4pm on 19/06/2024.
