PuRPOSE Dissemination Event

The highlight of the PuRPOSE project will take place in Paris and online on June 10, 2022.
Maison de l’Europe de Paris – Europe Direct Information Center – 29 avenue de Villiers – 75017 Paris.

The event is open to everyone and will be followed by a cocktail reception hosted by PuRPOSE Project from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

How can we attract more master's students to doctoral programs in management sciences, particularly in areas related to entrepreneurship, innovation, and sustainable development issues? This is the focus of the European Erasmus+ PuRPOSE project, which has been run for the past three years by the University of Montpellier, the University of Siegen, the Technological University of the Shannon, and Réseau Entreprendre. This event is for all students, entrepreneurs, teachers, and researchers.

PuRPOSE IS AN Erasmus+ PROJECT, funded by the European Commission, launched in October 2019 and coordinated by the University of Montpellier (Jean-Marie Courrent), in partnership with the University of Siegen, Shannon Technological University, and Réseau Entreprendre.

The main objectives of PuRPOSE:

• form international academic cooperation teams to engage in research projects on entrepreneurship;
• develop a pilot methodology to promote the attractiveness of research, based on strong private sector involvement and a combination of digital training activities (MiniLabs);
• disseminate the project results to higher education institutions and their public and private partners (MiniLabs Guide).

The PuRPOSE team wishes to share its experience and the knowledge acquired during the project and has therefore organized this event to disseminate the results, obstacles, and future of the PuRPOSE project, hosting a roundtable discussion with academics and entrepreneurs.
