Is success a universal concept?

What is success? That's the question we asked students at the University of Montpellier. Their answers are varied, inspiring, and sometimes surprising. They invite us to question our own views on success and explore the issues surrounding it: how do we define success? What motivates us to think outside the box? And above all, do men and women have equal opportunities on the road to success? To discuss these issues, we welcome distinguished guests who will share their thoughts, experiences, and perhaps some advice.
