Is success a universal concept?

What is success? That is the question we posed to students at the University of Montpellier. Their answers are varied, inspiring, and sometimes surprising. They invite us to question our own visions of success and to explore the issues surrounding it: how do we define success? What motivates us to think outside the box? And above all, is there equal opportunity for men and women on the path to success? To discuss these issues, we welcome distinguished guests who will share their thoughts, experiences, and perhaps some advice.
