Is success a universal concept?

What is success? That's the question we put to students at the University of Montpellier. Their answers are varied, inspiring and sometimes surprising. They invite us to question our own visions of success and explore the issues involved: how do we define success? What motivates us to think outside the box? And, above all, are there equal opportunities for men and women on the road to success? To discuss these issues, we welcome a number of distinguished guests, who will share their thoughts, experiences and perhaps even their advice.
