The annual congress of the Collège des sociétés savantes académiques de France, co-organized by the Collège and its Montpellier branch, will be held on February 4, 2025 in Montpellier, in the historic building of the Faculty of Medicine. The day will be organized around 3 round tables: "Should research be stopped?"; "Science and public action: commissioned research?"; "What type(s) of commitment, from the individual to institutions?

The day will continue with a conference for the general public by Valérie Masson-Delmotte: "Acting in the face of climate change: what transformations in science-society interactions?", in the Salle Pétrarque at 6:30pm.
