Synopsis

The early 90s. At a time when AIDS had been killing for almost ten years, Act Up-Paris activists multiplied their actions to fight against general indifference.
A newcomer to the group, Nathan is about to be overwhelmed by Sean, who is consuming his last remaining strength in action.
 
 
 
 
 
 

Debate with Emmanuelle Cosse, President of Act Up-Paris from 1999 to 2001

In 1992, Emmanuelle Cosse joined Act Up-Paris as treasurer, before becoming president from 1999 to 2001. At the age of 25, she was the first heterosexual, HIV-negative woman to head the AIDS association.
From 2013 to 2016, she was National Secretary of Europe écologie les Verts, then Minister of Housing from 2016 to 2017.
