Quality of Life at Work Week

  • Category: Events for UM staff only
  • Dates : June 10 to 14, 2024
  • Location:

Our working environments have undergone rapid change in recent years, particularly in the digital sector. We now use digital tools and conversational agents on a daily basis to carry out certain tasks, keep us informed and communicate. While these new uses bring benefits such as increased efficiency, or maintaining contact despite distance, they can also have a negative impact on quality of life at work (need to appropriate new tools and take a step back, multiplication of communication channels, blurring of boundaries between professional and personal life).

A series of workshops and roundtables will be offered, aimed at analyzing how these tools are helping to change the way we work, to identify their limits and make the most of them. The highlight of the week will be the Fête des Personnels, where we look forward to seeing many of you to share convivial moments, away from the screens, around a rich program of activities to discover or rediscover.
