Workplace Well-Being Week
This event has passed!

Our working environments have undergone rapid changes in recent years, particularly in the digital sector. As a result, we now use digital tools and chatbots on a daily basis to perform certain tasks, stay informed, and communicate. These new practices certainly have advantages, such as increased efficiency and the ability to stay in touch despite distance, but they can also have a negative impact on quality of life at work (the need to learn new tools and take a step back, the proliferation of communication channels, and the blurring of boundaries between professional and personal life).
A series of workshops and round tables will be offered, aimed at analyzing how these tools are changing the way we work, identifying their limitations and making the most of them. The highlight of the week will be the Staff Party, where we hope to see many of you sharing convivial moments, away from your screens, with a rich program of activities to discover or rediscover.
