Workplace Well-Being Week
This event has already taken place!

Our work environments have undergone rapid changes in recent years, particularly in the digital sector. As a result, we now rely on digital tools and chatbots on a daily basis to perform certain tasks, stay informed, and communicate. While these new practices certainly offer advantages such as increased efficiency and the ability to maintain contact despite distance, they can also negatively impact quality of life at work (the need to learn new tools and step back, the proliferation of communication channels, and the blurring of boundaries between professional and personal life).
A series of workshops and roundtables will be offered, aimed at analyzing how these tools are changing the way we work, to identify their limitations and make the most of them. The highlight of the week will be the Staff Party, where we look forward to seeing many of you come together to share a friendly atmosphere, away from screens, with a rich program of activities to discover or rediscover.
