In March, "Your Health at UM"

On the program throughout March, your Preventive Medicine Service offers prevention initiatives on your campuses as well as free online workshops to discuss various topics: addictions, well-being, sleep, stress and emotion management, etc.

Professionals will be on hand to lead these activities and evening events alongside SCMPPS teams and student health representatives.
A competition will bring the "A l'UM ta santé" month to a close.
