By videoconference via Zoom.
What do LGBT people experience during an internship or at work? There can certainly be clearly inappropriate remarks and discriminatory attitudes, but even with good intentions, are we sure we're creating a truly inclusive environment? The short film "La case", which producer Claire Beffa will be commenting on live, will highlight these situations regularly experienced by LGBT people. At the UM, we've been working on a leaflet to provide guidance to managers on how to improve inclusion. This round-table discussion will be an opportunity to present it before distributing it in our structures and, with you, to reflect on actions that will enable us to go even further along the road to inclusion.

Speakers:

  • Agnès Fichard-Carroll, Vice President, Corporate Social Responsibility;
  • Claire Beffa, Founder of LaClairière Production, a documentary film production company specializing in accounts of the struggle against all forms of discrimination.
