Via Zoom videoconference.
What is life like for LGBT people during an internship or at work? There may certainly be clearly inappropriate comments and discriminatory attitudes, but even with good intentions, are we sure we are creating a truly inclusive environment? The short film "La case," which producer Claire Beffa will comment on live, will highlight these situations regularly experienced by LGBT people. At UM, we have worked on a brochure to give supervisors ideas for improving inclusion. This round table will be an opportunity to present it before distributing it within our structures and, together with you, to reflect on actions that will take us even further down the path to inclusion.

Speakers:

  • Agnès Fichard-Carroll, Executive Vice President, University Social Responsibility;
  • Claire Beffa, Founder of LaClairière Production, a documentary film production company specializing in testimonials related to the fight against all forms of discrimination.
