Roundtable Discussion: “Quality of Life at Work and Management: New Resources for Action”
This event has already taken place!
Online (by registration).
AtUM, there is a wide range of management training programs (such as the management track) available to teaching, administrative, and technical staff. However, sometimes there isn’t enough time, the distance to the training location can be an obstacle, and it isn’t always easy to apply what you’ve learned when you need it most.
That is why a series of short video clips, tailored to the employees’ needs, were produced*: a sense of belonging, leadership after a team faces a setback or during a period of change… The theme of connection is a recurring one throughout.
The roundtable discussion will provide an opportunity to present these short videos and demonstrate how they can be used to boost motivation, improve focus, jog one’s memory, ease feelings of guilt, and, above all, talk about these issues.
Speakers:
- Agnès Fichard-Carroll, Executive Vice President for Social Responsibility;
- Bénédicte Luporsi, Director of Human Resources;
- Sylvain Delarue, trainer and creator of management video series.
*This project was funded by the Interministerial Fund for the Improvement of Working Conditions.
This event is part of “Workplace Quality of Life Week.”
