Round table discussion: “Quality of life at work and management: new resources for action”
This event has passed!
Online (upon registration).
At UM, there is a wide range of training courses available in the field of management (e.g., management courses), which are open to teaching, administrative, and technical staff. However, there is sometimes a lack of time, the distance to the training location can be an obstacle, and it is not always easy to apply what you have learned when you need it most.
That is why short video clips, tailored to the expectations of agents, have been produced: sense of belonging, management after a setback in a team or during a change... The theme of connection is omnipresent.
The round table will be an opportunity to present these capsules and show how they can be used to stimulate, concentrate, remember, relieve guilt, and above all, to talk about them.
Speakers:
- Agnès Fichard-Carroll, Executive Vice President, Corporate Social Responsibility;
- Bénédicte Luporsi, Director of Human Resources;
- Sylvain Delarue, trainer and designer of management capsules.
*This project was funded by the Interministerial Fund for the Improvement of Working Conditions.
This event is part of "Workplace Well-Being Week."
