Roundtable Discussion: “Quality of Life at Work and Management: New Tools for Action”
This event has already taken place!
Online (registration required).
At UM, there is a wide range of management training programs (such as the management track) available to faculty, administrative, and technical staff. However, time is often in short supply, the distance to the training location can be a barrier, and it is not always easy to apply what one has learned when it is needed most.
That is why a series of short video clips, tailored to the needs of employees, were produced*: fostering a sense of belonging, managing a team after a setback or during a transition… The theme of connection runs throughout.
The roundtable discussion will provide an opportunity to present these videos and demonstrate how they can be used to boost motivation, improve focus, jog one’s memory, ease feelings of guilt, and, above all, to talk about them.
Speakers:
- Agnès Fichard-Carroll, Executive Vice President for Corporate Social Responsibility;
- Bénédicte Luporsi, Director of Human Resources;
- Sylvain Delarue, trainer and creator of the management capsules.
*This project was funded by the Interministerial Fund for the Improvement of Working Conditions.
This event is part of "Workplace Well-being Week."
