Round table "Quality of life at work and management: new resources for action".

The UM offers a wide range of management training courses, open to teaching, administrative and technical staff. But sometimes time is short, distance from the training location can be an obstacle, and it's not always easy to apply what you've learned when you need it most.
That's why we've produced a series of short videos, targeted at the expectations of our agents*: a sense of belonging, management after a hard blow to a team or during a change... The theme of bonding is omnipresent.

The round table will be an opportunity to present these capsules and show how they can be used to stimulate, focus, remind, relieve guilt and, above all, talk about them.
