Michel Robert is a professor at the University of Montpellier (Polytech Montpellier, LIRMM - Montpellier Computer Science, Robotics and Microelectronics Laboratory). He is currently Director of CINES (Centre Informatique National de l'Enseignement Supérieur). He has also served as President of Montpellier 2 University and Director of LIRMM.
