International workshop on reducing pesticide use in tropical agriculture. What are the key impacts and challenges? What initiatives and strategies are needed to reduce pesticide use in agriculture in the South? What research roadmap needs to be defined to meet the challenge?

The aim of this workshop is to federate and structure Montpellier's scientific community on the issue of pesticide reduction, to make it a key player in international research on the issue, and to bring about technological, social and political solutions in the short term.

This event, organized by Agropolis Fondation in association with CIRAD, is aimed at the entire Montpellier scientific community. Face-to-face for Montpellier residents, and remote for scientists abroad.

The workshop is in French, with English translation on site and in zoom.
