2020 Algerian Scholarships for Academic Excellence
As part of the “2020 Algerian Scholarships for Excellence” program, the University of Montpellier is among the universities selected by the Algerian Ministry’s steering committee to host, in October 2020, some of the 20 doctoral students receiving scholarships from the Algerian government—winners of the national excellence competition, which brings together the top students from Algerian universities in fields that address the need to train future Professors.
A call for thesis topic proposals is therefore being issued to all laboratories at the University of Montpellier (or affiliated with the University of Montpellier) that may be able to propose thesis topics in the following fields:
- Materials Physics – 3 winners available
- Materials Chemistry – 3 winners available
- Computer Science – 3 winners available
- Biotechnology – 3 winners available
- Food Science – 3 winners available
- Mathematics – 5 winners available
We invite the heads of doctoral schools and laboratory directors at the University of Montpellier to widely disseminate this call for thesis proposals among researchers working in these fields who would be willing to supervise Algerian doctoral students receiving scholarships.
Deadline for submitting thesis topics: May 6, 2020.
