The UM's joint documentation service needs your opinion
In order to continue improving the quality and diversity of its services, the UM's Joint Documentation Service, which manages the University Libraries (BU), is seeking feedback from its community through a major survey to assess user practices, satisfaction, and expectations.
Open from March 11 to April 26, 2024, this survey is essential for shaping the future of the services offered by university libraries. It is therefore tailored to each user profile.
The Joint Documentation Service (SCD) is indeed an essential pillar for training and research activities within the university. By supporting students, external readers, Professors, researchers, and all university staff, it helps to enrich their academic and professional experience.
University Libraries (BU), which are part of the SCD, offer a wide range of resources, from tools for research and study to collections for leisure. They provide a diverse range of services, from lending computer equipment to reserving group study rooms. They also guarantee access to culture, whether through exhibitions, film screenings, or other cultural events, available both on campus and remotely. As hubs on campus, university libraries play a central role in university life.
