The UM Common Documentation Service needs your opinion

In order to continue improving the quality and diversity of its services, the UM's Service Commun de Documentation, which manages the University Libraries (BU), is seeking the opinion of its community through a major survey to assess user practices, satisfaction and expectations.

Open from March 11 to April 26, 2024, this survey is essential for shaping the future of BU services. It is therefore tailored to each user profile.

The Service Commun de Documentation (SCD) is an essential pillar of the university's training and research activities. By supporting students, external readers, lecturers, researchers and all university staff, it contributes to enriching their academic and professional experience.

The University Libraries (BU), part of the SCD, offer a wide range of documentary resources, from research and study tools to leisure collections. They provide a wide range of services, from lending computer equipment to reserving rooms for group work. They also guarantee access to culture, whether through exhibitions, film screenings or other cultural events, available both on campus and remotely. As nerve centers on campus, the BUs play a central role in university life.
