Social support and welfare benefits for UM staff

The University of Montpellier places the well-being of its staff at the heart of its concerns, ensuring an environment conducive to their personal and professional development. With this in mind, the University of Montpellier's social policy, implemented by the Social Action and Leisure Service (SASL), is based on the values of fairness, solidarity and responsibility.

This social action is designed to support and assist employees at different stages of their working lives, and to improve their living and working conditions, notably through services in the areas of catering, housing, children and leisure. It also helps them cope with difficult situations.

SASL grants also encourage participation in various activities. They contribute to creating a favorable working environment, fostering social ties and facilitating the reconciliation of work and personal life.
