Activities and Objectives of the Association

The AATUM association aims to promote aquarium and terrarium keeping among university students, thereby raising public awareness about unusual animals, as well as teaching people how to care for them and keep them in the most humane conditions possible.

More broadly, it helps promote biodiversity that is sometimes overlooked within the university. It allows students to broaden their scientific knowledge and develop a critical understanding of aquarium and terrarium care. Its inhabitants are numerous and diverse: in the aquarium section, there are fish, amphibians, and turtles; in the terrarium section, there are insects, lizards, and snakes.

The association is open to both enthusiasts and beginners; everyone is welcome to contribute.
