Activities and Objectives of the Association

To maintain ties between alumni of the University of Montpellier and the University itself through regular social gatherings and by organizing academic, cultural, athletic, and recreational activities in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Organization of activities during the academic year:

library and literary café,
software and mapping workshop,
digital photography workshop,
day hikes of varying difficulty levels (1 to 2 per week),
cultural walks and site visits,
lectures (a series of six per year, from October to April),
holidays (4 per year),
hiking trips (2 to 3 per year, lasting 4 to 7 days),
guided museum tours,
trips within France or abroad.

A newsletter is distributed at the beginning of each quarter to share news about the association, and a monthly calendar outlines the month’s schedule of activities. All this information can be found on our website.
