Montpellier University Symphony Orchestra (OSUM)
Activities and objectives of the association
Do you play music? Do you enjoy socializing? Come join the Montpellier University Symphony Orchestra!
This orchestra is composed of approximately 60 musicians and welcomes students, teachers, researchers, as well as amateur musicians from outside the academic world.
The OSUM gives around ten concerts a year, in the city and throughout the region. The highlight of the year is the concert held at the end of November at the Opéra Comédie, in aid of La Ligue contre le cancer (the French cancer charity).
The symphony orchestra rehearses every Wednesday from 8:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. in lecture hall 5.06 of the Faculty of Science.

We will be present at the welcome day for new students and at the Antigone des associations.
