This targeted training program in innovation and research promotion aims to strengthen the skills of participants involved in supporting or developing innovative projects. The objectives of capacity building The capacity building program is part of the Montpellier PUI's strategy, offering presentations by innovation experts to staff involved in supporting and developing innovative projects in the Montpellier area. Why participate in "Capacity Building"? To acquire or strengthen your skills in innovation and research promotion; To learn about the concepts and challenges involved in furthering the development of your innovative project; To meet innovation experts and create synergies; To benefit from flexible training, allowing you to choose the modules you want to take or study in depth according to your needs. Conditions for participation: Be employed by a PUI partner organization and participate in innovation initiatives as administrative staff, doctoral student, Professor, teacher-researcher, or researcher. Or be the leader of a project supported by the PUI (prior to business creation). Training topics Negotiation: acquire negotiation techniques in the context of research partnerships and innovative projects. Workshop: "I'm setting up a LABCOM"

Content type: Page
At the University Innovation Hub (PUI), themed workshops to raise awareness of innovation-promoting mechanisms are offered to service agents, researchers from PUI partners, and interested companies and start-ups. The first workshop, entitled "I'm setting up an ANR LABCOM," designed for researchers, project leaders, and representatives of companies and start-ups, explores in detail the ANR LABCOM program, which aims to encourage academic researchers to establish structured partnerships with companies. These partnerships take the form of "Joint Laboratories" created in collaboration between a Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) or a Medium-sized Enterprise (MSE) and a research organization laboratory. The workshops, led by agents from PUI member institutions dedicated to partnerships and commercialization, will be followed by personalized meetings designed to offer participants, including companies and start-ups, dedicated support in the process of putting together an application. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bBDZdAZQkmg
