Biology-Health (BS)

Director: Pierre-Emmanuel Milhiet

Research is organized around seven main thematic areas: Quantitative Biology, Oncology, Genetics-Epigenetics, Infectious Diseases & Immunology, Experimental & Regenerative Medicine, Neuroscience, and Health Technologies-Bioengineering.

Chemistry

Director: Julia Larionova

The Research Cluster is one of five Research Clusters Research University of Montpellier, which was created when the University became a public experimental institution (EPE) on January 1, 2022. It is one of the largest centers in France working in the field of chemistry and its interfaces.

The Research Cluster is a hub for scientific activity, bringing together research structures and stakeholders, as well as a center for scientific collaboration with a view to developing joint initiatives between the University and its partners.

Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Systems (MIPS)

Director: Stéphane Pagano

Its purpose is to create a hub for synergies between research and scientific consultation structures with a view to developing joint initiatives between I-SITE members. This cluster is made up of 85% of the MIPS department of the University of Montpellier and 15% of research units linked to research organizations such as INRIA, Institut agro Montpellier, IRD, INRAE, and CIRAD.
