Botany and Plant Architecture Modeling (AMAP)
UMR AMAP is an interdisciplinary unit working to acquire fundamental knowledge of plants and vegetation, with the aim of predicting ecosystem response to environmental forcing, in terms of species and biodiversity distribution/conservation, agronomic crop production, carbon storage in plant biomass, environmental protection and ecosystem services.
