Montpellier Center for Research and Administrative Studies (CREAM)
The Centre de Recherches et d'Etudes Administratives de Montpellier (CREAM) is a center for research and teaching staff working in the fields of French and European administrative law at the University of Montpellier.
CREAM research areas :
- Focus 1 - Public business law: public economic law, regulatory law, public contract law, in their national and European dimensions.
- 2 - Environment and heritage: environmental law, administrative property law, urban planning law, heritage and cultural law.
- 3 - Litigation: administrative litigation law, European Union litigation law.
- 4 - Institutions: civil service law, local authority law, administrative institutions, European institutions, constitutional law.
- 5 - Finance/fiscal: national, local and European public finance law, tax law.
