Founded in 1966, the Centre du Droit de l'Entreprise offers training and research based on the motto "Learning for enterprise".
Today, the Centre du Droit de l'Entreprise's research activities focus mainly on contract law, distribution law, intellectual property law and usage law.
The unit is involved in five Masters programs, and offers students the opportunity to learn about written and unwritten national, European and international legal rules in contractual, tax, corporate, property and insurance matters. Most of these courses are now open to apprentices.
