Montpellier School of Social Law (EDSM)

The general research theme of the EDSM is collective bargaining. In the wake of the fundamental reforms of recent years, the aim is to assess the social innovation brought about by collective bargaining agreements.
We are also particularly interested in the theme of small businesses, in an attempt to measure the suitability (or otherwise) of labor law for small businesses. The central issue remains that of (collective) bargaining in very small companies.
In addition to this general theme, the unit has invested in a second research area, dealing with health at work (quality of life at work, employee benefits, CSR).
