Private Law Laboratory (LDP)
The Laboratoire de droit privé de la Faculté de droit et science politique de Montpellier brings together Professors interested in a cross-disciplinary approach to private law.
Currently, three axes operate in parallel:
- the vulnerable person ;
- the building ;
- payment.
These axes enable members of the Laboratory and outside contributors to work together on different research themes, and to use the technique of cross-fertilization to address their research topics in a complementary way.
