Montpellier National School of Chemistry (ENSCM)

General overview

The École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier is a public engineering school and part of the University of Montpellier. The school is accredited by the CTI (Commission des Titres d’Ingénieurs) to award chemical engineering degrees for a maximum duration of five years.
It is also ISO 9001 certified for all of its training programs and has been awarded the prestigious Apple Distinguished School label for its innovative teaching methods, which rely on a fleet of iPads provided to all engineering students throughout their studies.

The ENSCM awards a single diploma at the end of its chemical engineering program, which can be pursued either as a student or as an apprentice.

ENSCM offers a unique training programfor high-levelchemical engineers under apprentice and student status, who, in addition to in-depth knowledge in all areas of chemistry, possess a solid scientific and general education enabling them to adapt quickly and access positions of responsibility.

The curriculum is based on a solid core program and then branches out into eight options focused on chemistry and its interfaces (biology, chemical engineering, etc.) and geared toward major industrial development sectors.
