The Montpellier University Health Center (CSU) offers students in Montpellier “the best care and a healthcare pathway tailored to their needs.” The University Health Center is an inter-institutional service that enables all students to:

to have access to general medical care, gynecological care, and psychological support;
to schedule appointments with general practitioners, specialists (gynecologists, etc.), and healthcare professionals (psychologists, etc.);
to receive 100% coverage (no upfront payment required upon presentation of your student ID, health insurance card, and proof of supplemental health insurance);
to be supported by a physician (whose role is to respond to students’ requests, refer them to the services best suited to their situation, and work closely with social workers, particularly in monitoring their health care journey);
to have access to a care pathway tailored to their specific needs.

The University Health Center operates on a full third-party payment basis.
To receive care without having to pay for the consultation, you must present:
your student ID + yourCarte Vitale(or, if applicable, your temporary AMELI certificate or EHIC) +proof ofFrench supplementalhealth insurance.
